چکیده
About 20 per cent of the live weight freshwater fish is visceral mass a rich source protein, lipids, polyunsaturated fatty acids, soluble vitamins, phospholipids etc having very great agro industrial products. Any scientific technique that uses strong squanders coming about because harvesting by recuperating biomolecules like lipids and proteins brings extra income as well helps to reduce dumping issues related therewith. Visceral hydrolysate (also known protein hydrolysate; FPH) has drawn interest many researchers in recent years due its utility fields food, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics nutrition. The extraction or production FPH including predefined sequential steps collection raw materials, pretreatment (alcohols, heat treatment, press coupled with treatment), hydrolysis (acidic, alkaline, enzymatic) recovery using spray drying, lyophilisation, centrifugation nanofiltration. extracted characterized for molecular mass, content, structure IR, XRD analyse chemical nature FPH. It widely used emulsifier, binder, gelling agent, fertilizer, crayoprotectant dietary additives various industries. been potential microbial growth media gram positive negative microbes, nutritional supplement higher content (60-90%), antioxidant, antihypertensive antimicrobial agent. also nutriceuticals some products are commercially available countries US, Canada, UK. Considering physicochemical difficulties associated FPH, excellent functional properties generate possibilities usage both food health

متن کاملReparative properties of a commercial fish protein hydrolysate preparation.
BACKGROUND A partially hydrolysed and dried product of pacific whiting fish is currently marketed as a health food supplement to support "intestinal health". However, there has been only limited scientific study regarding its true biological activity. AIMS We therefore tested its efficacy in a variety of models of epithelial injury and repair. METHODS Effects on proliferation were determine...
